At In2Food, we are deeply passionate about food and believe that nothing less than excellent restaurant-quality meals should ever darken the table at a catered event.

 

Our highly-trained chefs only use the freshest quality produce to create classical, contemporary or innovative menus for your wedding or corporate event in Queenstown.

 

At In2Food event catering, we don’t just do ‘beef or chicken’ (but when we do, we do them justice). We have a range of genuinely exciting menus, from seasonal plated menus for sit-down meals to themed food stalls and gourmet lunchboxes for more casual affairs. We offer tapas, canapés, petit fours, degustation menus, buffets… and even a Gourmet BBQ menu!  Wondering what that last one is? Well, we describe it as: ‘A taste of Kiwi summer without a burnt sausage or chop in sight: a range of venison, crayfish, scallops, wild pork and much more.’

 

Our menus change regularly, taking advantage of the best seasonal produce and some exciting trends in the food and catering world. Of course we’re also happy to tailor menus to suit your requirements and preferences: we can design menus for any theme and have significant expertise in catering for different international groups. We consult with you carefully about what you want so that we can then work hard to deliver food that meets (and exceeds) your expectations.

 

Of course, the key to great food is great fresh ingredients.

 

We buy local wherever we can, taking advantage of the fantastic produce available in the Southern Lakes Region. When we do have to import from elsewhere, we get as close to the source as possible- for example we get our fish directly from the boats at our closest ports in Bluff and Dunedin. We also love to do as much in-house as possible at In2Food. We grow our own herbs and speciality produce, we cure and smoke our own bacon, and we make jellies and fruit pastes for cheese boards from our crab-apple and quince trees.

*Please note that our menus are priced on a 40 guest minimum and should numbers fall below this, a service fee of between $350+GST and $1,100+GST will be applied based on the style of menu.
