Catering with a sustainability theme


In May 2019, we worked with Tourism New Zealand to showcase a menu based on sustainability. We used all sustainably caught and reared products and locally grown ingredients. We also showcased our Alpine Ale Works beers that we brew, which since introducing these to our functions has reduced the level of rubbish by up to 8 recycling bins per event.
